Job Summary : Job Title Avaya Project Manager – Voice & UC Transformation Role Overview Lead large-scale Avaya transformation programs, including migration to modern platforms (e.g., Teams), ensuring delivery across technical architecture, vendors, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of Avaya migration / decommission programs • Define roadmap, milestones, and execution strategy • Manage vendors (Avaya, AudioCodes, carriers, OEMs) • Lead solution design discussions across VoIP / SIP / UC architecture • Identify and mitigate risks across networks, voice, and infrastructure • Drive stakeholder alignment (CIO, Infra, Business units) • Oversee rollout, cutover planning, and hypercare support • Track KPIs, budgets, and delivery timelines Technical Skills (Mandatory) • Strong expertise in VoIP and SIP architecture o SIP signaling, call flows, trunking, codecs, SBC design • Deep experience in Avaya platforms (Aura, CM, SM, SBC) • Working knowledge of: o AudioCodes SBC / gateways o Poly & Grandstream devices o Carrier and SIP trunk integrations • Good understanding of networking (QoS, latency, firewall/NAT for voice) Nice to Have • Experience in Microsoft Teams Voice / Direct Routing migrations • Exposure to enterprise-scale telecom transformation programs Experience & Qualifications • 8–15 years in telecom / VoIP / UC domain • Proven experience managing large migration / transformation programs • Strong project management skills (Agile / Waterfall / hybrid) • Engineering degree; PMP / Prince2 preferred
