Job Summary

Program Manager - AI Enablement & Value Realization Looking for an experienced Program Manager to support execution of our AI Enablement and Value Realization objectives across Engineering, Platform, Delivery, and Operations teams. The resource should be proactive and self-directed; someone who can independently drive execution, establish structure, and ensure measurable outcomes across a complex technology portfolio. They will be responsible for program governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, dependency tracking, adoption coordination, and benefits realization within the B2B platform team (Leo Sin’s organization). Key responsibilities include: Building and managing integrated program plans and milestones Coordinating AI adoption and change management activities Tracking productivity, quality, efficiency, and value realization metrics Facilitating governance forums, working sessions, and leadership reviews Managing risks, issues, decisions, and action items Preparing executive-level presentations and reporting Required experience: 5+ years of Project/Program Management within technology organizations Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience leading cross-functional initiatives Experience with governance, reporting, and benefits realization Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency Preferred: AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology modernization programs Engineering, DevOps, Platform, or SRE environments PMP or Agile certification
