Job Summary

 Experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Service Transition projects within enterprise managed-services environments. Skilled in driving projects from initiation through implementation and handover to BAU operations, with strong focus on scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, dependencies and stakeholder governance

Key Responsibilities

 Lead end-to-end delivery of Workplace / EUC transformation and infrastructure projects. Own project planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID tracking and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Workplace, Service Desk, Deskside/Field Support, Network, Security, Cloud, IAM and Infrastructure. Manage device deployment, refresh, migration, site transition and technology rollout programs. Drive resource planning, onboarding, vendor coordination and delivery readiness. Manage project scope against SOW, contractual commitments and change requests, ensuring clear separation between project and BAU responsibilities. Track project financials including budget, resource cost, vendor commercials, PO/SOW requirements and billing milestones. Lead customer governance through project reviews, steering meetings, status reporting and escalation management. Maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation of delivery risks, issues and cross-team dependencies. Coordinate UAT, deployment readiness, go-live, hypercare and formal transition to BAU/support teams. Ensure project documentation, acceptance criteria, operational handover and closure requirements are completed.
