Data analysis, setup, reporting, tracking and monitoring compliance of Application Rebuild Testing\\\\r\\\\n• Project Management Skills - Activity planning, sequencing and documentation\\\\r\\\\n• Technical Skills – Architectural understanding of application, infrastructure and networks \\\\r\\\\n• Keen analytical and research abilities\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent technical skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools.\\\\r\\\\n• Evaluating data and compliance on an ongoing basis and identifying opportunities to scale successes or shift in a new direction based on results and new opportunities\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent communicator and an ability to run multitask with high attention to detail\\\\r\\\\n• Will require ability to regularly interface directly with prospective and existing partners including (but not limited to) application & infrastructure teams\\\\r\\\\n• Ensuring accurate reporting of progress of Application Rebuild Testing process on a periodic basis\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Application Rebuild testing success\\\\r\\\\n• Responsible to perform UAT where required\\\\r\\\\n• Support the weekend recovery testing activities\\\\r\\\\n• Responsible to maintain KODs and Application Rebuild Documentation\\\\r\\\\n• Track and report any Test failures\\\\r\\\\n• Responsible to provide training and guidance to application owners and other stakeholders\\\\r\\\\n• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business\\\\r\\\\n• Resolve any stakeholder complaints related to projects promptly and professionally\\\\r\\\\n• Devotion to high-quality customer service\\\\r\\\\n• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities\\\\r\\\\n• Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing And Operational Efficiency.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Align Resources With Operational Demands.
4. Engage In Customer Meetings To Gather Feedback And Understand Challenges, Ensuring A Focus On Enhancing Customer Satisfaction Through Proactive Communication And Support.
5. Conduct Root Cause Analyses And Trend Analyses, Validating Findings And Reports To Provide Actionable Insights For Key Business Stakeholders To Improve Operational Performance.
