Linux Administration:rn Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers (RHEL, SLES, or other major distributions).rn Perform advanced system tuning, patching, and performance optimization.rn 2. Azure Cloud Operations:rn Deploy and manage Linux-based virtual machines in Azure.rn Configure and maintain Azure networking, storage, and security for Linux workloads.rn Work with Azure-native tools for monitoring, scaling, and automating deployments.rn rn rn rn3. Pacemaker Cluster Management:rn Configure, deploy, and manage Pacemaker HA clusters.rn Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to resource agents, fencing, and cluster communication.rn rnOptimize HA solutions for mission-critical applications.rn 4. OS Patching:rn Develop and implement patch management strategies for Linux environments.rn Automate patching processes using tools like Ansible, YUM/DNF, Zypper, or other patching tools.rn Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and mitigate vulnerabilities through timely patching.rn Coordinate patching activities to minimize downtime and disruption.rn rn5. Troubleshooting and Support:rn Provide L3-level support for complex incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and resolution.rn Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application and infrastructure issues.rn rn6. Documentation & Best Practices:rn Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, patching schedules, troubleshooting steps, and architectural decisions.rn Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational security standards.rn ---rn Required Skills:rn Minimum 10 years of experience in Linux system administration (RHEL, SUSE, etc.).rn Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (VMs, Storage, Networking, Monitoring).rn In-depth knowledge of Pacemaker, Corosync, and fencing mechanisms.rn Advanced proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).rn Strong expertise in OS patching tools and strategies (e.g., YUM/DNF, Zypper, Ansible).rn Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Solarwinds, Azure Monitor).rn Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.rn Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.rn rn---rn Preferred Skills:rn Knowledge Pacemaker Cluster, ITIL processes and incident/change management.rn ---rn Educational Qualifications:rn Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).rn Relevant certifications such as RHCE, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure On-Time Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets And Incidents By Analyzing Issues Within Redhat Linux And Redhat Satellite Environments, Adhering To Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas).
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators By Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Effective Documentation, While Facilitating Knowledge Sharing To Enhance Operational Efficiency.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance For Redhat Cluster Setups, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Align Resources With Business Needs.
4. Drive Positive Customer Feedback By Engaging In Customer Meetings, Understanding Issues Faced, And Providing Effective Solutions Leveraging Redhat Linux And Redhat Satellite.
5. Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, Presenting Findings And Performance Reports To Key Business Stakeholders To Inform Decision-Making.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Redhat Linux And Redhat Satellite, With A Solid Understanding Of Redhat Cluster Management.
2. Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Conduct Root Cause And Trend Analyses Effectively.
