Job Description : SAP solution architecture and design capabilities\\\\r\\\\nBusiness transformation program experience\\\\r\\\\nDelivery management\\\\r\\\\nDemand and capacity planning\\\\r\\\\nPractice and people management\\\\r\\\\nStakeholder management up to C-suite level\\\\r\\\\nClient-facing consulting and presentation skills\\\\r\\\\nAbility to translate business requirements into SAP solutions\\\\r\\\\nRequired Qualifications\\\\r\\\\nBachelor\\\\\\\'s or Master\\\\\\\'s degree\\\\r\\\\n8+ years of SAP experience\\\\r\\\\nExcellent spoken and written English\\\\r\\\\nStrong customer-facing consulting experience\\\\r\\\\nAbility to work under pressure and manage stakeholders\\\\r\\\\nAwareness of current technology trends\\\\r\\\\nIdeal Candidate Profile\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nA strong fit would be:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n10+ years SAP BASIS experience\\\\r\\\\nAzure cloud-certified or experienced\\\\r\\\\nProven experience in SAP migrations, upgrades, and cloud transformations\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of S/4HANA strategy and architecture\\\\r\\\\nExperience leading teams and managing customer engagements\\\\r\\\\nAbility to architect enterprise-scale SAP landscapes with HA/DR and automation\\\\r\\\\nInterview Focus Areas\\\\r\\\\nSAP BASIS architecture & landscape design\\\\r\\\\nAzure-based SAP deployments\\\\r\\\\nHANA administration and performance tuning\\\\r\\\\nHA/DR implementation experience\\\\r\\\\nSAP security and operations\\\\r\\\\nS/4HANA migration strategy\\\\r\\\\nAutomation use cases in SAP landscapes\\\\r\\\\nLeadership and stakeholder management examples\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nThis JD aligns more with a Senior SAP BASIS Architect / Technical Lead profile rather than a purely operational SAP BASIS Administrator role. 

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : The role requires a senior SAP BASIS professional with strong expertise in SAP landscape architecture, cloud transformation (especially Azure), HANA administration, SAP technical operations, and consulting-led stakeholder engagement.
