The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalations and incidents while adhering to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). This position is vital for fostering customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives within the support and operations domain. Saviynt L3 JD Profile Summary: • Supported / Implemented Saviynt for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals • Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc. • Strong background in coding and development using Java • Demonstrate strong technical skills • Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills • Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident • Be a strong team player Must Have Technical Skills: • Total 8 years of experience in development/Implementation of Saviynt IGA tool • Minimum 2 years of Level 3 support of Saviynt IGA • Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML • Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt. • Strong Java debugging skills • Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs. • Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other Saviynt component • Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products. • Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts • Customer Facing Exposure is must

2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing And Operational Efficiency.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Compliance With Human Error Protocols While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Optimize Resource Allocation.
4. Actively Engage In Customer Meetings To Gather Insights On Issues Faced, Ensuring Positive Customer Feedback And Satisfaction Through Proactive Problem Resolution.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause And Trend Analysis, Utilizing Java Tools For Data Processing To Present Performance Reports To Key Business Stakeholders For Informed Decision-Making.
