Job Summary

IFB is looking to onboard senior Solution Architects who can drive end-to-end program governance across the following areas:
• Conducting comprehensive assessment of our existing SOC environment, tools, processes, and operational maturity.
• Defining roadmap and target architecture for SOC and SOAR transformation, optimization
• Providing detailed gap assessment reports covering people, process, technology, governance, and security controls
• Preparing architecture and governance documents including HLD, LLD, migration plans, SOPs, and implementation plans.
• Owning end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Driving implementation strategy, execution planning, transition activities, and operational readiness.
• Identifying, evaluating, and coordinating with OEMs, system integrators and implementation partners.
• Defining SOC operational governance including incident response, threat monitoring, escalation workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
• Supporting SIEM and SOAR automation, threat intelligence, and log management integration strategy as part of SOC maturity.
• Ensuring alignment with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST & ISO 27001), regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and enterprise security standards.
• Automate executive dashboards and governance reports.
