Job Summary : Responsible for managing and enhancing security monitoring through SIEM platforms, supporting SOC operations, and ensuring effective detection, analysis, and response to security incidents across cloud and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events using SIEM tools Configure and fine-tune SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and alerts Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation support Support SOC operations including alert triaging and escalation handling Integrate logs from various sources (servers, network devices, cloud platforms) into SIEM Work on cloud security monitoring (Azure/AWS) and threat detection Collaborate with customers and internal teams for security improvements Ensure compliance with security standards and reporting requirements Prepare incident reports and dashboards for governance reviews
Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement : Required Skills Strong experience in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) Knowledge of SOC operations and incident response processes Experience in log analysis, threat detection, and correlation rules Understanding of cloud security (Azure/AWS) Good knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoints Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience in automation / SOAR platforms Exposure to threat intelligence and vulnerability management Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) Certifications like CEH, Security+, AZ-500, Splunk/QRadar certs
