Job Summary

The SharePoint Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. This position is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, mentoring, and thorough analysis of security protocols within SharePoint, particularly focusing on TLS and SSL implementations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents Related To Sharepoint Security Protocols, Specifically Tls And Ssl, Adhering To Agreed Slas.
2. Mentor Administrators And Team Members On Best Practices In Sharepoint Security, Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (Sops), And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance For Sharepoint Security Changes And Actively Participate In Capacity Planning Activities.
4. Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Engaging In Customer Meetings To Understand And Address Any Issues Related To Sharepoint Security, Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, And Prepare Reports To Present Findings And Performance Metrics To Key Business Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Sharepoint Security Features, Specifically Tls And Ssl Protocols.
2. Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Perform Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis.
3. Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Liaise With Business Stakeholders And Customers.
4. Proficiency In Developing Documentation And Standard Operating Procedures (Sops).
5. Solid Understanding Of Incident Management Processes And Service Level Agreements (Slas).

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
