Job Summary

ITST Analyst

ITST Analyst Job Description\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\nThe ITST Analyst supports the ITST Team and Project by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and updating the Project Tracker. This role works closely with stakeholders, Application Owners, project teams, and technical resources to ensure that project deliverables have been met.\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting deliverables and additional requirements from stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\n• Support data analysis, reporting, and tracker updates to ensure accurate recording of outstanding deliverables\\\\r\\\\n• Participate in project meetings, review sessions, and stakeholder discussions.\\\\r\\\\n• Work with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure project needs are understood and addressed.\\\\r\\\\n• Assist with tracking deliverables.\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain clear documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates throughout the project.\\\\r\\\\nRequired Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering, and project delivery methods.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Skills and Experience\\\\r\\\\n• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or project management practices.\\\\r\\\\n• Familiarity with ITSM processes, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and other hosting types.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and teams, while making sure that requirements are understood.\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\nSuccess Profile\\\\r\\\\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, organized, and comfortable having discussions to understand requirements and describe deliverables and timelines. They are eager to learn, can communicate clearly with different audiences, and are motivated to support the project to completion.
