Job Summary

As a Subject Matter Expert in Tools and Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while maintaining high-quality standards in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through effective analysis, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Engineer high-quality reusable code to develop the dynamic user interface for various platforms • Enhance testing platforms, improve test automation, foster software craftsmanship • Surprise and delight customers and partner software engineers • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our solutions • Collaborate with multi-skilled teams working on commercial/fleet software solutions • Engage in Test-first Development, Test Driven Development • Cloud development using cutting-edge technologies and integrations with Ford enterprise systems

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Utilizing Snow Admin And Javascript, Adhering To Agreed Slas To Maintain Operational Efficiency.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Developing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation, Enhancing Team Competency And Knowledge Sharing.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Assess Human Error Compliance, Leveraging Analytical Skills To Participate In Capacity Planning And Resource Allocation.
4. Facilitate Positive Customer Feedback By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings, Employing Effective Communication To Address And Resolve Any Issues Faced By Stakeholders.
5. Conduct Validations And Analyses, Such As Root Cause And Trend Analysis, Using Relevant Tools To Generate Reports That Inform Key Business Stakeholders And Enhance Task Performance.

Previous experience working as a react.js developer. • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages. • Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. • Experience with user interface design. • Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest. • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. • Excellent troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts. • Familiar with eXtreme Programming (XP) practices including Pair/Mob programming and Test-first/Test Driven Development (TDD) • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally), backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar Agile Tools Highly effective in working with other technical specialists, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers and business partners • Passion for learning and willingness to work in a pair programming environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems • Understanding of fundamental data modeling

Front end technologies, react js, DevOps

1. Proficiency In Snow Administration And Support 
2. Strong Understanding Of Javascript And Its Application In Automation
3. Familiarity With Rest/Soap Apis And Their Integration
4. Experience With Angular Js For Developing User Interfaces
5. Solid Analytical Skills For Root Cause And Trend Analysis
