Job Summary

Job Summary : Power BI Engineer is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights by designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support business decision-making

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities 1. Data Visualization & Reporting • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements • Build visually compelling analytics solutions to communicate insights effectively • Publish and schedule reports for business users 2. Data Processing & Integration • Extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from multiple sources (DBs, APIs, cloud) • Clean and prepare data using Power Query and data transformation techniques • Integrate data from various systems into a centralized BI platform 3. Data Modeling & DAX Development • Create data models and relationships for efficient reporting • Develop DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs for advanced analytics • Optimize queries and data performance for faster report execution 4. Business Collaboration • Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making 5. Performance Optimization & Maintenance • Monitor and optimize dashboards for performance and usability • Troubleshoot issues in reports and data pipelines • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions 6. Governance & Support • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance (e.g., row-level security) • Provide training and documentation for end users • Keep up to date with Power BI and BI ecosystem enhancements

ob Description : • Experience with Azure Data Services / cloud platforms\\\\r\\\\n• Python or scripting (optional)\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field\\\\r\\\\n• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft PL-300) preferred\\\\r\\\\n• Proven experience in Power BI or BI development roles \\\\r\\\\n________________________________________\\\\r\\\\n
