Job Summary

CSI MANAGER
•    Own and govern the SIAM Continual Service Improvement framework across all providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern effective tracking and reporting of suppliers’ performance against the contractual obligations as per SOW.
  • Own and govern the SIAM Continual Service Improvement framework across all providers.
  • Govern the automation and optimization strategy across providers.
  • Govern initiatives to improve service quality, consistency, and experience across the end‑to‑end service lifecycle.
  • Present value‑based recommendations.

Skill Requirements
