Job Summary
| IFB is looking to onboard senior migration Architects who can drive end-to-end program governance across the following areas: • Lead enterprise-wide migration from Zimbra email to Microsoft O365 email • Develop and design migration strategy, coexistence architecture, phase wise migration plans, and cutover approach. • Conducting assessment of existing email infrastructure, mailbox dependencies, security controls, and integration requirements and filling any missing security gaps. • Plan DLP policies for email, SharePoint and OneDrive • Prepare migration design documents including HLD, LLD, migration runbooks, rollback plans, and user transition strategy. • Owning end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, milestone tracking, and risk management for migration initiatives. • Manag stakeholders across business, IT, infrastructure, security, compliance, and leadership teams. • Drive implementation strategy, pilot migrations, execution planning, user onboarding, and post-migration stabilization activities. • Coordinate with Microsoft and partners, system integrators, and implementation service providers. • Ensure secure migration with proper user’s email data protection, compliance, retention policies, and identity integration. • Support Azure AD, Intra ID connect, Conditional Access, Intune, and hybrid identity integration as part of O365 transformation. • Define operational governance, support readiness, monitoring, and transition to BAU support teams. • Prepare governance dashboards, migration status reports, and executive presentations for steering committee reviews. • |
