Job Summary
As an RMO Analyst at HCLTech (Broadcom project), you will
play a critical role in ensuring optimal resource allocation across
the Professional Services Organization. You will support project
staffing, workforce planning, and utilization tracking to help
deliver high-quality services to VMware’s customers. This role
requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to collaborate across regional and global teams
Key Responsibilities
Principal Roles and Responsibilities: (Essential Function)
• Generate the Work Authorization and submit the
agreement request in our system for the Legal team to
approve it, until the agreement is in effect status
• Raise the Purchase Request and monitor the status to
expedite the Purchase Order issuance
• Once the Purchase Order issued, share the relevant
Work Authorization with our Partners
• Update accordingly the subcontracting tracker to share
visibility with our stakeholders
• Handle the contingent worker onboarding to access to
our application
• Contribute to produce metrics and maintain the RMO
dashboard and share with the Delivery leadership
insights about subcontracting (ie demands trends,
capacity issue, skills shortage…)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the
subcontracting process by sharing your ideas and
feedback from the fields
Skill Requirements
Language skills: • Excellent written and spoken command of English. Additional Skills: • Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are important, especially when dealing with financial data & report.
