Job Description : The Supplier Information Security Manager will report to the Supplier Account Executive and have primary responsibility for coordinating and implementing effective information security management across the account. This manager will ensure that all Supplier obligations are met regarding compliance with information security guidelines, data protection, regulations, Ingka and Supplier policies, and key controls. Supplier Information Security Manager will:\\\\r\\\\n1. implement and operate the information security management framework.\\\\r\\\\n2. be responsible for coordinating the delivery of Supplier’s activities to address the key Information Security risk exposures.\\\\r\\\\n3. ensure information security awareness training of, and assistance to, Supplier staff in the implementation of robust security management practices across Supplier’s operations.\\\\r\\\\n4. direct the design of controls to address emerging or new information security risk and compliance requirements.\\\\r\\\\n5. carry out regular and frequent assurance reviews of the design and operating effectiveness of Supplier’s information security controls.\\\\r\\\\n6. manage and report on activity across Supplier’s operation to address identified control and information security deficiencies.\\\\r\\\\n7. implement, monitor, and report on key information security risk indicators to identify and address emerging risks.\\\\r\\\\n8. coordinate with Ingka’s Representative of the Information Security Function to facilitate Ingka audits and inspections.\\\\r\\\\n9. provide consolidated information security reporting to Ingka governance bodies; and\\\\r\\\\n10. manage and report on Supplier’s responses and actions to address information security audit points, inspection deficiencies, or control weakness identified during normal operations.\\\\r\\\\n
