Regional Hunting Leader – UK & I

Job Description

Own the UK&I Sales Strategy: Define and execute the go-to-market plan across UK&I territories with clear pipeline and revenue goals.

 

Drive Executive Engagements: Lead high-value discussions with CEO, CFO, CIOs, CMOs, CHROs, shape drive sales and transformation initiatives.

 

Lead Cross-Portfolio Sales Plays: Partner with sales leaders across to drive integrated, outcome-driven deals.

 

Coach and Enable the Field: Provide guidance, tools, and executive support to regional account teams to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.

 

Partner Ecosystem Leadership: Activate and expand GTM with ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), including co-sell and marketplace motions.

Lead a team of  Hunters and support staff to increase penetration of HCLTech in the 1bn-5bn Mid Market Segment

 

Drive Incremental growth within the UK&I market

Skill Requirements

Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in enterprise services sales, with a focus on digital transformation and/or Infrastructure Services experience-led solutions.

 

Proven track record of Creating, Shaping & Closing high impact deals in the UK&I market

 

Demonstrable track record of engaging C-Level as well as Business Function leaders within UK&I
