Review Reports On Attrition, Utilization, Average Resource Cost And Other Relevant Metrics For Sales Employees And Assess Its Impact On Business Identify And Suggest Options For Cost Optimization For Sales Employees Within The Regulatory Limits Monitor Sales Productivity And Effectiveness At Regular Intervals, Highlight Deviations From The Agreed Targets And Take Corrective Actions
4. Supervise The Team To Coordinate With The Lob Hr / Ep Hr And Mobility Team For Processing Of Visas, Travel Requirements, Etc. Of The Incoming Employees; Engage With Consulates To Respond To Escalated Queries During Visa Application Process Oversee Coordination With The Tsc & Ehs Team For Completion Of Handoff Of New Employees To Sales Hr Including Joining Formalities, Onboarding And Orientation, Etc.; Resolve Escalations By Employees Post Handoff Monitor Implementation Of Pms Process In The Sales Function Within The Timelines Specified Oversee Delivery Of Trainings In The Sales Teams Including Mandatory Trainings For Various Regions / Countries Oversee Rollout Of Corporate Initiatives For The Sales Function Like Isuccess, Etc. Oversee Exit Management Including Separation Formalities, Separation Interviews, Etc. Understand The Sales And People Strategy And Derive The Hr Implications For The Sales Employees Brainstorm With The Lob Hr Leads To Create An Hr Plan For The Sales Team Covering Multiple Aspects Of People Management Talent Acquisition And Capacity Planning For Local Hires, Talent Management, Talent Retention, Etc. Review Progress Against The Agreed Annual Plan Including The Departmental (Sales Hr) Goals On A Periodic Basis, And Take Suitable Actions For Course Correction
