Job Summary

UX/UI Designer – Job DescriptionRole Overview:
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms. This role blends user experience strategy with interface design to deliver seamless user journeys.

 

Required Skills:Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and typography.Experience with user research and usability testing.Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.Create presentations, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Design UI elements in relation to Customer requirementCollaborate with vertical solutions team and sales team to implement designs.Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback.Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards of HCLTech.
