Job Description.:
A Techno commercial IT professional having work experience around PMO/Business Operations. The partner ecosystem would be dedicated towards Cloud Business. Ideally candidates with exposure in Global markets across US, UK, Continental Europe, APAC including Indian market will be preferred.
Project Manager oversees schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for project. Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept. Knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk, and resolving issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality. Position is for an individual contributor and self-motivated candidate.

Candidates should have good communication skills Project Management /PMO knowledge preferred Knowledge of HCL applications & portals like, BRQ, Toscana/Neon (SES and CN), Project Initiation, Smart Recruit and Verify, My procure (PR/PO/SES) , RAS and SAP preferred Should have 5 years of experience Should be able to collaborate and work with senior stakeholders
Responsible for Tracking the Projects Milestones, Timeline, Budget initiation, CAPEX/OPEX Approval, SRC, raising CRO/PO, charge back etc. Responsible for analyzing the needs of the business and its customers and coming up with solutions to business problems.
From Inviting Quotations, comparing them with each other and contractual terms, Raising PR to finally f Third Party Services as well

Perform business analysis and MIS reporting on day-to-day basis
Should be having experience in Workflow / Flowchart.
Hands on to Microsoft project will be preferred.
Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook etc.
Be highly organized and a good multi-tasker.
Detail-oriented
(1.) To effectively manage cross functional teams to complete requirement analysis, solution identification, plan/ lead project deliverables
(2.) To ensure customer satisfaction for project deliverable quality and security norms
(3.) To prepare and submit weekly project status reports to confirm project progress to the customer
(4.) To ensure that the project solutions/deliverables adhere to project framework and methodology compliance
(5.) To analyze and submit financial reports of the project to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
2. To Conduct Analysis Of Sales Data, Manage Performance Metrics, And Ensure Alignment With Budget.
3. To Establish And Ensure Consistency In Governance Structures And Kpi Calculations.
4. To Keep Track Of Sales Pipeline And Ensure A System Driven Pipeline Review Process.
5. To Design And Track Strategic Sales Initiative And Identify Areas Of Development To Implement Corrective Action With Vertical/Geo Heads.
