Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Power Platform Developer to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building low-code/no-code solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong background in SharePoint and Dataverse as primary data sources. This role will focus on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable business applications to enhance operational efficiency and drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) tailored to business needs.
  2. Automate workflows using Power Automate to optimize and streamline manual business processes.
  3. Develop insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  4. Connect, integrate, and manage data sources including SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 connectors.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.
  6. Implement role-based security (RLS), data validation, and user access controls in Power Platform applications.
  7. Perform application testing, debugging, and deployment in development, test, and production environments.
  8. Maintain proper documentation including user guides, release notes, and solution architecture.
  9. Monitor applications post-deployment to ensure performance, stability, and usability.
  10. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft ecosystem.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  2. Strong understanding of SharePoint Online (Lists, Libraries, Site Pages, Permissions) as a data source.
  3. Experience working with Dataverse (Common Data Service) including table relationships, forms, and business rules.
  4. Proficiency in Power FX expressions, JSON, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
  5. Experience with data modeling, transformation, and DAX for Power BI.
  6. Familiarity with environment management and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices in Power Platform.
  7. Good understanding of security roles and permission models within Microsoft Power Platform.
  8. Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
  9. Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for low-code development.
