We are seeking a Manufacturing Transformation Lead with a strong foundation in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Automation, MES, and Shop Floor Systems. The ideal candidate should have progressed from hands-on delivery roles involving controls engineering, machine automation, commissioning, production startup, and plant-floor digitalization to become a trusted customer-facing transformation leader. The role will drive Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives across Automotive OEMs, Auto Tier-1s, Aerospace, and Discrete Manufacturing environments

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead OT, Automation, MES, IIoT, and Smart Factory programs from design through go-live and stabilization.
  • Drive integration of PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, robotics, machine vision, AGVs/AMRs, and connected shop-floor systems.
  • Manage FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, production ramp-up, and operational readiness activities.
  • Engage plant leadership, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify and deliver transformation opportunities.
