Job Summary

Leads the Sales functions for a Business Unit (country/Sub vertical or a service line). The role is accountable for revenue, profitability and market expansion with the BU.Sales SBU Head– Portfolio size of 125-500M$

Key Responsibilities

1.Define and execute the sales strategy for the BU/SBU in alignment with company goals
2.Identify emerging markets, verticals and opportunities for expansion of portfolio under them
3.Lead and provide direction to Hunters, Account Manager, CPs and supporting teams
4.Own the BU/SBU P&L, including Revenue, Margins, Pipeline and cost of sales
5.Work with Practice leaders to shape solution portfolios and GTM strategy
6.Collaborate with Marketing for specific campaign and demand generations

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
