Job Summary

To be the primary anchor in driving key initiatives aimed at providing strategic insights to business, thereby enhancing sales performance for the unit.

Key Responsibilities

1. To Develop And Manage Detailed Project Plans That Aligns With Hcltech Goals.
2. To Engage Stakeholders To Gather Insights And Ensure The Successful Execution Of Initiatives.
3. To Develop And Manage Campaigns To Promote New Offerings And Central Initiatives, Ensuring Coordination With Internal Teams.
4. To Identify And Develop Strategies For Collaboration With Potential Partners To Co-Create Solutions That Enhance The Hcltech Portfolio.
5. To Collaborate With Sales Team (Hunting & Farming) On Top Priorities, Central Initiatives & Designing Key Campaigns To Promote New & Integrated Offerings.
