Job Summary

The Developer will be responsible for salesforce administration, salesforce apex development, and salesforce lightning. The role involves developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, optimize processes, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customize and maintain salesforce applications using apex and lightning components
2. Develop and implement salesforce solutions based on business requirements
3. Perform salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security, and data validation
4. Design and create salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights for stakeholders
5. Collaborate within team to ensure successful implementation of salesforce projects
6. Conduct salesforce training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support
7. Stay updated on salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve solutions

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge of salesforce administration, including user setup, security configuration, and workflow automation
2. Familiarity with salesforce apex development, including triggers, classes, and batch processes
3. Knowledge of salesforce lightning framework and knowledge of developing lightning components
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within salesforce platform
5. Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
