Job Summary

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security concepts, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.Proficiency in data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.Must hold valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and consistently meet project timelines.
• Exposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or Generative AI capabilities will be an added advantage.

2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex programming language to enhance the functionality of salesforce platform.
3. Implement salesforce lightning components and features to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces.
4. Collaborate within team to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for salesforce projects.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to salesforce implementation or integrations.

Skill Requirements

1. Experience in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, data management, and reporting.
2. Experience in salesforce apex development for custom coding and building salesforce applications.
3. Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework for developing responsive and interactive user interfaces.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in salesforce platform efficiently.

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
