Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead - Lightning framework and administration

Job Summary

Salesforce Copado (DevOps) Technical Lead8–12+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Salesforce development and platform architecture.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Salesforce DevOps using Copado.Strong hands-on development experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Batch Apex, and Salesforce integrations.Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management processes.Strong knowledge of Git-based version control, branching strategies, merge management, and source control best practices.Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative development including Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets.Lead Salesforce DevOps assessments, define governance standards, and drive DevOps transformation initiatives.Manage end-to-end Salesforce release planning, environment strategy, deployment execution, and production support.Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.Salesforce and Copado certifications, along with experience in Agile/Scrum environments, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.
