Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and access controls
- Create and maintain:
- Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules
- Reports & Dashboards
- Perform data management activities (import/export, data quality, deduplication)
- Handle user administration and troubleshooting issues
- Support business process automation using Flows/Workflow rules
- Monitor system health and ensure platform stability (support activities seen in HCL operations model)
Key Responsibilities
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.
Skill Requirements
2. Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
3. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
4. Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
5. Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
7. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
