Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to lead Salesforce AMS support, enhancements, integrations, solution design, and technical governance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce platform stability, driving continuous improvements, mentoring technical teams, and serving as the primary technical contact for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead Salesforce technical delivery and AMS support activities.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight to development teams.
  • Review solution designs, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Mentor Salesforce developers and technical consultants.

AMS Support & Service Management

  • Manage L3 support and critical incident resolution.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
  • Ensure SLA and KPI adherence across support operations.
  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities.

Salesforce Configuration & Customization

  • Design and implement solutions using:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud
    • Custom Applications
  • Configure workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and security models.
  • Support platform enhancements and business process improvements.

Development & Integrations

  • Lead development using:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Aura Components
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL/SOSL
  • Design and support integrations using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.)
  • Manage integration troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Data & Security Management

  • Oversee Salesforce security architecture, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Support data migration, data quality, and governance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and audit requirements.

Release & Change Management

  • Lead deployment planning and release activities.
  • Support CI/CD processes using Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Conduct impact assessments, code reviews, and regression testing.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary technical interface between business and support teams.
  • Participate in governance meetings and provide technical recommendations.
  • Support roadmap planning and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Skill Requirements

Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.Expertise in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL/SOSL
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs.Hands-on experience with Salesforce security and sharing models.Experience in AMS support environments and production support.Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.

Other Requirements

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.Salesforce Administrator Certification.Experience with Experience Cloud.Exposure to MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms.DevOps and CI/CD experience.
