Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead - Lightning framework and administration

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and deployment activities. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements while ensuring high-quality delivery and platform best practices. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
  • Design and implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and process automation.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in application design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand business processes and recommend technical solutions.
  • Support data migration, data cleansing, and data transformation activities.
  • Develop technical design documents and implementation artifacts.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.

Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Salesforce Lightning Platform
  • Apex Programming
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Visualforce
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Triggers and Batch Apex

Experience with:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud (preferred)

Strong API Integration experience:

  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Platform Events

Experience with:

  • Git
  • CI/CD Pipelines
  • Salesforce Deployment tools

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
