Job Summary

Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect – LSH Architect Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect and App Builder Certifications is a must 1. 10+ years of experience delivering large scale multi-million dollar solutions and strategies working with Big 4 SIs 2. Must have 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Big 4, or major SI consulting practice implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects 3. Must have an expert level understanding and 10+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, Preferably from Health cloud, Sales, Service, Community/ Experience (Bare minimum 3 cloud expertise required) 4. 10+ years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration 5. Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) 6. 10+ years multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems 7. 8+ years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and integration with ESBs (e.g. SAP) Should have rich client experience and should have been in client facing roles. Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, app exchange apps, accelerators, and connectors Must have an extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem Must have an extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL) Must have 10+ years' experience in developing technology solutions

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
2. Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
3. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
4. Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
5. Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
7. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
