Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Tester to lead and execute end‑to‑end testing activities across Salesforce implementations. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce functional testing, integration testing, and test coordination across multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Lead functional, system, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to derive test scenarios and test cases Perform hands‑on testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications Validate Salesforce configurations including workflows, flows, validation rules, profiles, roles, and security settings Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, ETL jobs) Execute data validation and data migration testing using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to track defects and ensure timely resolution Maintain test documentation, defect metrics, and test status reports Support UAT cycles and provide production deployment validation and post‑release support Mentor junior testers and review test artifacts for quality and completeness Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of overall testing experience with 3+ years in Salesforce testing Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and CRM business processes Hands‑on experience in: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets) Reports & dashboards validation Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.) Strong SQL skills for backend data validation Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
2. Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
3. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
4. Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
5. Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
7. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
