Job Summary

Job Description: Salesforce Developer/Consultant – Commercial Health Cloud

Role Summary:
Seeking a skilled Salesforce professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud (Commercial) to design, develop, and optimize healthcare-focused CRM solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to enhance patient/consumer engagement, provider management, and care workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud (Commercial) features such as patient/consumer management, provider networks, care programs, and authorization flows.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Apex, LWC, Validation Rules, and Data Models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external healthcare and commercial systems (EHRs, claims systems, member portals, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, PHI handling best practices).
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

  • 3–6+ years of Salesforce experience; strong expertise in Health Cloud (Commercial).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce core functionalities, security model, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and declarative tools.
  • Experience with healthcare domain processes such as provider management, member enrollment, care management, and utilization management.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Health Cloud, Platform Developer, Administrator).

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
2. Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
3. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
4. Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
5. Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
7. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
