Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning, you will be responsible for leading the technical team, providing guidance on code development, and ensuring the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce applications. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning (LWC/Aura)Customize Salesforce features as per business requirementsWrite efficient SOQL and SOSL queries for data handlingDevelop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST and SOAP APIsWork on Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudFollow best coding practices and ensure high code qualityUse GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and code qualityImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deploymentsWork with Agentforce to build intelligent and automated Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams for design, testing, and deploymentProvide support and fix issues in existing Salesforce applicationsPrepare technical documentation and follow Salesforce standards

6- 8 years experienced highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our engineering team.
The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning technologies.
You will build robust integrations, automation, and data models to support complex business needs.
Strong hands‑on experience with LWC, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and Salesforce architecture is essential.
The position requires modern engineering practices, including Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working with Salesforce Products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
The role also leverages AI‑assisted development tools and Salesforce AI capabilities.

Skill Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

6+ Strong experience in Apex Programming

Experience working knowledge of Lightning development (LWC/Aura)

Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries

Experience in building and maintaining integrations using Salesforce REST & SOAP APIs

Experience Salesforce products:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud

Experience using GitHub Copilot for faster and better development

Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Experience working with Agentforce

 Good understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and performance

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
