Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead - lightning framework

Job Summary

Mandatory Skillsets:

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration within enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in declarative automation and platform configuration
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and metadata-driven development
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into implementable Salesforce solutions
  • Experience presenting solutions in business demos and validating outcomes with stakeholders
  • Experience with Copado for CI/CD, user stories, promotion pipelines, and deployments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and release lifecycle
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

 Preferred Skillsets:

  • Copado Fundamentals/Admin certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Agile delivery and working with cross-functional teams

Exposure to integration patterns and API-based connectivity

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of salesforce applications using salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.
2. Provide expertise in customizing salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in salesforce development.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with the latest salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of salesforce implementations.
7. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in salesforce development including salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.
2. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration, customization, apex, visualforce, and lightning components.
3. Experience in designing and implementing salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
4. Strong understanding of salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
Maximum Salary (US):  177000
Minimum Salary (US):  69000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
