Job Summary

Job Summary

The Package Consultant (Salesforce) is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integration, and administration, along with experience in Agile delivery environments. The consultant collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to build scalable Salesforce applications, support integrations, and drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Experience, Communities, and Visualforce pages.

Configure Salesforce using declarative tools and best practices.

Develop and maintain web-based integrations leveraging JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Perform data migration between Salesforce environments using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and ERP integrations.

Manage source code through version control systems such as GitHub.

Participate in Agile development processes, including backlog refinement, user story development, sprint planning, and delivery.

Skill Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, Communities, and Visualforce.

Solid understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Experience with Salesforce administration, application development, and deployment activities.

Salesforce certifications including Administrator, App Builder/Developer, and Platform Developer I (PD1).

Experience with SSO, ERP integrations, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
