Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

  • Lead Salesforce data migration activities from legacy systems
  • Perform data profiling, data quality analysis, and gap identification
  • Design and implement data cleansing and enrichment strategies
  • Develop migration scripts using tools like Data Loader, ETL tools, or Apex
  • Identify and fix data issues directly within Salesforce (duplicates, inconsistencies, missing relationships)
  • Build automation for data validation and quality monitoring
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data standards and governance policies
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance during migration

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • Data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, etc.)
    • Salesforce data model and data architecture
    • SOQL/SOSL and bulk data processing
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Data quality analysis and remediation
    • Deduplication strategies and tools
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and validation frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
2. Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
3. Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
4. Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are preferred
