Business Analysis

 

  • Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions

 

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

 

  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

 

  • Define future-state processes and solution requirements

 

  • Facilitate decision-making and challenge requirements when appropriate

 

Salesforce Functional Analysis

 

Strong experience in: 

  • Salesforce CRM

 

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud

 

  • Salesforce CRM Analytics

 

  • Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Territory design and planning support

 

  • Sales process optimization

 

  • Functional solution design

 

  • User journey mapping

 

  • Impact and gap analysis

 

  • Functional validation

 

Agile Delivery

 

  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies

 

  • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning

 

  • Clarify requirements for development teams

 

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters

 

  • Support release planning and deployment readiness

 

Testing & UAT

 

  • Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria

 

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

 

  • Validate delivered functionality

 

  • Coordinate defect resolution

 

  • Facilitate business sign-off
