Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in salesforce apex development is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. The Senior Technical Lead will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive innovation in Salesforce development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform
2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions
4. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
5. Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality
6. Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
2. Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
3. Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
4. Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement

Other Requirements

UI/UX designer - JD - SR to be created. 
5+ years of experience in UX, product design, or UI/UX design, with substantial experience designing enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience designing for Salesforce environments, including knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, constraints, and common user workflows  is desirable.
Lead end-to-end UX design for Salesforce solutions, including discovery, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Proficient understanding to Design intuitive experiences across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications built on the platform.
Rich experience in Partnering with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, pain points, and process constraints.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Lucid Charts or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
Experience working in agile or iterative product delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
