Job Summary

Skills- Sales, Service. Marketing, CPQ,CLM, Experience cloud , Integration  Should have at least 4-5 Years of Salesforce Development Experience with  exposure to APEX / Visual force Customization / Lightning Customization Communities cloud development experience is mandatory to have. Integration experience with mulesoft or other downstream applications like SAP, Oracle etc. Team working experience Should have worked on Sales and Service Cloud Requirement Analysis and Salesforce Solution Recommendations Design Validation and Identification of gaps Implementation and Configuration Follow Coding Standards and Best Practices Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Salesforce Data Preparation for Unit Testing Unit Test Case preparation, Unit Testing, Bug fixing Implementation and Configuration for Interfaces/Integrations Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch and sync/async Data Migration using Data Loader Support User Acceptance Testing and Fix Bugs. Deployment to Different Environments including Production using Best Practices Process and Quality compliance Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations Atleast 2-3 Sales

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform
2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions
4. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
5. Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality
6. Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
2. Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
3. Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
4. Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are preferred
