Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, integrations, and customization, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
  • Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integration
  • Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and release management
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements

Skill Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura (good to have)
    • SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and governance limits
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
  • Exposure to Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
