Salesforce Apex Technical Lead - Lightning framework and administration

Job Summary

The Technical Lead in this role will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce administration, Salesforce Apex development, and Salesforce Lightning. They will be involved in designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet the organization's requirements. The primary focus will be on leading the technical aspects of Salesforce projects and ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage salesforce administration tasks including user management, security configurations, data management, and customization.
2. Develop and implement salesforce apex code for customization and enhancements.
3. Design and implement salesforce lightning components and features to improve user experience and productivity.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in salesforce solution design.
5. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure smooth operation of salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to propose innovative solutions.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on salesforce development best practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Proven experience in salesforce administration, salesforce apex development, and salesforce lightning.
2. Strong knowledge of salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
3. Proficiency in salesforce development tools such as apex, visualforce, lightning component framework, and salesforce apis.
4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within salesforce platform.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when troubleshooting issues or testing solutions.
6. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Salesforce certifications such as salesforce certified administrator, salesforce certified platform app builder, and salesforce certified platform developer are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
