Job Summary

• Should have at least 4-5 Years of Salesforce Development Experience with  exposure to APEX / LWC/ Visual force Customization / Lightning Customization • Preferably LWS experience having worked in UI/UX • Should have worked on health cloud, Sales, Service Cloud, Community Cloud • Well versed with LWC and Apex • Requirement Analysis and Salesforce Solution Recommendations • Design Validation and Identification of gaps • Implementation and Configuration • Follow Coding Standards and Best Practices • Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Salesforce • Data Preparation for Unit Testing • Unit Test Case preparation, Unit Testing, Bug fixing • Implementation and Configuration for Interfaces/Integrations • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch and sync/async • Data Migration using Data Loader • Support User Acceptance Testing and Fix Bugs. • Deployment to Different Environments including Production using Best Practices • Process and Quality compliance • Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations • At least 2-3 Salesforce certifications – Admin, PD1, PD2 mandatory

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage salesforce administration tasks including user management, security configurations, data management, and customization.
2. Develop and implement salesforce apex code for customization and enhancements.
3. Design and implement salesforce lightning components and features to improve user experience and productivity.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in salesforce solution design.
5. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure smooth operation of salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to propose innovative solutions.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on salesforce development best practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Proven experience in salesforce administration, salesforce apex development, and salesforce lightning.
2. Strong knowledge of salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
3. Proficiency in salesforce development tools such as apex, visualforce, lightning component framework, and salesforce apis.
4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within salesforce platform.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when troubleshooting issues or testing solutions.
6. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Salesforce certifications such as salesforce certified administrator, salesforce certified platform app builder, and salesforce certified platform developer are preferred.
