Salesforce Apex Technical Lead - lightning framework

Job Summary

Capable to create Webcontent training materials using latest AI tools and with good communication skills in salesforce.. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning teams. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

a. Any degree with experience in SalesForce Web Application

b. Should be well versed with hands on handling Vendors and contracts with good Stakeholder management

c. Should have hands-on experience on proposal preparation and submission

d. Should have excellent written and verbal communication

e. Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines

Skill Requirements

Salesforce, Salesforce Apex, SFDC - VisualForce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SFDC-Lightning Web Component, Salesforce Next Gen Commerce Cloud(NGCC)

1. Proficiency in salesforce apex development including triggers, classes, batch apex, and declarative features. 
2. Strong experience in salesforce lightning web components, aura framework, and lightning design system.
3. In-depth knowledge of integration with external systems using rest and soap apis.
4. Familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements

Webcontent creation: Person capable to create Webcontent training materials using latest AI tools and with good communication skills.

a. Any degree with experience in creating Learning & Development programs (Webcontent)

b. Responsible for creating Web content for Learning and Development modules

c. Hands on experience in using software tools

d. Should have excellent written and verbal communication

e. Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines

f. Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus
