Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Expert responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and real-time customer data platforms using Salesforce Data Cloud. This role will drive enterprise data unification, identity resolution, and data activation strategies to enable AI, analytics, and personalization use cases.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design and implement data ingestion, harmonization, and unification processes in Salesforce Data Cloud [Consumer CX RoadMap | PowerPoint]
•    Develop and manage customer 360 data models, identity resolution rules, and segmentation strategies
•    Build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines integrating multiple enterprise systems
•    Enable real-time data activation for use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce

•    Experience with:
o    Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP)
o    SQL, data transformation, and ETL tools
o    Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft)
•    Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and governance frameworks
•    Familiarity with AI/ML use cases leveraging unified data
