Job Summary

The Technical Lead for salesforce apex development will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Salesforce projects, providing expertise in developing solutions using Salesforce technologies. The individual will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide a team of developers in salesforce projects.
2. Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable salesforce apex solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with salesforce updates and trends to provide innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in salesforce apex coding and customization.
2. Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework.
3. Experience in integrating salesforce with external systems.
4. Deep understanding of salesforce security model and data management.
5. Ability to lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other Requirements

1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is preferred.
