Job Summary

Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer (FSC)

Experience Required

  • 10–15 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 5+ years as a Lead Salesforce Developer.
  • Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.
  • Strong experience in Digital Banking and Core Banking integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Apex Development.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Salesforce Integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience Cloud.
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Banking security and compliance standards.

Skill Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce FSC solutions.
  • Build and enhance applications using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Core Banking and enterprise systems.
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business teams, and product owners to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support performance optimization, security, and release management.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Agentforce / Einstein AI.
  • AutoRABIT.
  • MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS integrations.

Important

  • Candidate must have hands-on FSC development experience, not just Salesforce administration or configuration.
  • Strong preference for candidates with Core Banking integration experience and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

Minimum Salary (US):  105000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
