Job Summary

Role Category

Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordination between development, data and business teams on IQALL scope.

Activities Performed

• Facilitate daily, sprint planning, review and retrospective ceremonies.

• Coordinate between development, data and business stakeholders.

• Track performance indicators such as velocity and backlog health.

• Identify and remove impediments.

• Drive continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Deliverables

• Structured and prioritized backlog.

• Agile reporting: velocity and sprint progress.

• Continuous improvement plans.

• Ceremony facilitation materials.

• Operational follow-up and documentation updates.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills / Required Competencies

• Scrum Master / Agile coaching

• French language

• Technical environment understanding: full stack + data

• Backlog and sprint reporting

• Impediment management

Preferred Skills / Exposure

• Drilling / QAQC domain knowledge

• TotalEnergies or energy context

• Root-cause analysis

• RUN / project delivery understanding

Mode of Intervention / Experience
