Job Summary
seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery teams and drive successful execution of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, servant leadership, Agile coaching, and project governance capabilities

Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
- Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting team productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure committed deliverables are achieved.
Project Management
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
- Track project performance using KPIs and Agile metrics.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance, PMO standards, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams.
- Present project updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and steering committees.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across teams.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Escalate critical issues proactively and drive resolution.
- Maintain project health and delivery predictability.
Agile Metrics & Reporting
- Track Velocity, Burndown Charts, Burnup Charts, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Sprint Predictability, and Team Capacity.
- Prepare project dashboards and executive reports.
- Analyze team performance trends and recommend process improvements.
Resource & Team Management
- Coordinate with offshore, onsite, and cross-functional teams.
- Support resource planning, onboarding, and capacity management.
- Enable collaboration among developers, QA teams, business analysts, and product owners.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Agile maturity assessments and improvement initiatives.
- Implement DevOps and Agile best practices.
- Promote automation, quality engineering, and Lean principles across teams.
